Craig trained at The Guildford School of Acting
Theatre credits include: Doug/Mr Spencer and Cover Theo in SCHOOL OF ROCK (UK Tour); Sonny and 1st cover/played Danny Zuko & Kenickie in GREASE (Harmony of the Seas for Royal Caribbean Productions).
Screen credits include: L-Detachment Soldier throughout the new SAS: ROGUE HEROES written by Stephen Knight (BBC1), SCO19 Armed Police Office in Paul Dood's DEADLY LUNCH BREAK , Motion Capture Performer for 'Jason Kolchek' in 2021 video game HOUSE OF ASHES.

Craig Watson played the role of Astroganger (Swing, Ensemble) in the 2023 UK, Europe and Australia Tours of Bat Out Of Hell: The Musical. He also covered the roles of Jagwire and Falco.
He rejoined the show in January 2025 for the new UK Tour, once again in the role of Astroganger and covering the role of Falco.
